About the role:
As a Data Scientist at Smartbi, you will drive innovation by developing and deploying advanced machine learning models and data-driven solutions to solve real-world problems for our industrial clients. You will work closely with data engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver predictive analytics that optimize business operations.
Key responsibilities:
Build and deploy machine learning models for various industrial use cases.
Analyze and process large datasets to generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure succesfull implementation.
Communicate complex data results and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to improving ways of working for our clients, ensuring AI and data-centric solutions are seamlessly integrated into their daily operations.

Job requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science or machine learning.
Strong analytical and mathematical understanding.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with Azure cloud platform.
Experience with machine learning and data science tools such as Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch.
Familiarity with APIs, Git, and good coding practices.
Skills in data visualization using tools like Matplotlib and Seaborn.
Strong understanding of MLOps concepts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in English; Finnish is a plus.
